Connects to your existing stack.
Flowstate lives where your team already works. OAuth setup in minutes — and your board stays yours, because nothing is written to it without approval.
Jira
Reads the whole board. Writes nothing you haven’t approved.
Flowstate syncs your projects, issues, sprints and roster, then uses them for everything else — health scoring, the portfolio roll-up, and matching what was said in a meeting to what exists on the board. Suggested changes queue up for a PM, who approves, edits or rejects each one.
- Connects with
- Atlassian OAuth 2.0
- Writes back
- Only after a PM approves
What it does
- Syncs projects, issues, sprints, users and project members
- Turns meeting action items into proposed Jira tickets and updates
- Every write waits in the sync queue for a PM to approve, edit or reject
- Auto-sync rules for the suggestion types you have learned to trust
- Issue data drives the project health board and the portfolio view
- Jira Cloud, through Atlassian’s own consent screen
How they work together
One chain, three tools. Each link is visible in the product, and each one can be stopped.
1. Capture
The notetaker joins the call on Zoom, Meet or Teams. It transcribes, attributes each line to a speaker, and picks out blockers, decisions and action items.
2. Match and propose
What was said is matched against the real Jira board. Proposed tickets and updates land in the sync queue, where a PM approves, edits or rejects each one.
3. Roll up
Approved changes and the underlying issue data feed the project health board and the portfolio view — the same numbers, one source.
