Regulated delivery, with a record of who decided what.
Audit questions are rarely about what the board says today. They are about who changed it, when, and on what basis — which is exactly what gets lost between a standup and a ticket.
What makes delivery hard in financial services
Your problems, before we say anything about ourselves.
- Regulatory deadlines that cannot slip quietly
- Vendor and third-party dependencies spread across teams
- Evidence of the decision, not just the outcome, at every release
- Compliance, security and engineering working from different pictures
Where Flowstate helps
Three things the product does today. Not a roadmap, and not a claim about outcomes we have not measured.
Every write carries its provenance
Each change Flowstate proposes for Jira records the meeting it came from and the person who approved it. When someone asks why a ticket moved, the answer is on the ticket rather than in somebody's memory.
Nothing lands without a human
Auto-sync is opt-in and configured per project. Anything you have not explicitly trusted waits in a queue for a PM, so an AI is never the last decision-maker on a regulated board.
The gaps auditors find, found first
Work in progress with no assignee, stories with no estimate, tickets untouched for weeks. The health board surfaces the board hygiene that turns into an audit finding later.
We have not published outcome figures for financial services because we have not measured them yet. When we have customers whose results we can quote with their names on them, they will appear here.
See it against your own financial services delivery
Fifteen minutes on your Jira and one of your own meetings tells you more than any sector page can.
